Terms of use

These terms govern your use of RangeRegistry.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Spartan Alliance Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

RangeRegistry is an information service. It lists ammunition prices, product specs, shooting range details and retailer shipping policies. We do not sell, transfer, ship or broker firearms, ammunition, magazines or parts. We are not a firearms dealer, manufacturer or importer. Any purchase happens on a retailer's site under that retailer's terms.

2. Information only, no warranty on data

Prices, stock, specs, shipping rules, range hours, range rules and all other data come from third parties and our own collection. They can be wrong, late or incomplete. Check with the retailer, manufacturer or range before you rely on anything, and before you travel or buy. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote or promise.

3. Provided "as is"

The Site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. That includes warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

4. Your responsibility for the law

You alone are responsible for following all federal, state and local law. That includes laws on age, who may buy or possess firearms and ammunition, shipping and transfer, transport, and range rules. A retailer's published shipping policy shown on the Site is not a statement that a sale or shipment to you is lawful. Confirm it yourself.

5. No professional or legal advice

Nothing on the Site is legal, safety, financial or other professional advice. Shipping charts and legal summaries are for general information only. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation.

6. Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to sign up for price alerts or the weekly digest. By signing up you confirm that you are. We may remove any subscriber we believe is under 21.

7. Affiliate links and sponsored placements

Some links earn us a commission, and some placements are paid and labeled "Sponsored." We disclose this as the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) require. Read the disclosure page and the sponsor terms. Commissions and payments do not change our sorting, rankings or data.

The Site links to retailers, manufacturers, ranges and other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices, products, service, privacy practices or policies. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

The Site's design, text, code, compilation and branding belong to Spartan Alliance Group LLC or its licensors. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify products. You may view the Site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Spartan Alliance Group LLC, its members, managers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the Site, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You pay us nothing to use the Site, so that amount is $0 and the cap is $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Spartan Alliance Group LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability and expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site, or to alerts and the digest, at any time and for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Site or unsubscribe at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections 2 through 5 and 10 through 16.

14. Governing law and venue

These terms and any dispute about the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

15. Class action and jury waiver

To the extent the law allows, you and we each agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. You and we also each waive the right to a jury trial for any dispute about the Site. If a court finds the class waiver unenforceable for a claim, that claim must be heard in court and not in a class proceeding.

16. General

Severability. If a part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and that part is enforced as far as the law allows.

Entire agreement. These terms, with the privacy policy, the disclosure and, where they apply, the sponsor terms, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.

No waiver. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms. We may.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new terms.
