Privacy

This policy explains what RangeRegistry.com collects and how it is used. The Site is operated by Spartan Alliance Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We focus on Texas and the United States and do not direct the Site to people elsewhere.

What we collect

• Email signups: your email address, which list you joined (price alerts or weekly digest), the calibers or products you pick, the time you gave consent, and your confirmation that you are 21 or older. This is stored with our email provider.
• Link clicks: aggregate counts per link, page and day when you use a buy link. We do not record IP addresses or user IDs, and RangeRegistry sets no cookies.
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or follow you across sites.
• Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and to fix data errors.

What we do not do

• We do not use advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.
• We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not collect anything about firearms you own. There are no accounts, comments or saved lists.

How we use it

We use signup data to send the alerts and digest you asked for and to keep a record of your consent. We use click counts and analytics to see which pages and links are useful and to keep the Site running.

Email provider

We use beehiiv as our email provider. It acts as our processor: it stores subscriber data and sends our emails on our behalf, under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not give subscriber data to anyone else for their own use. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Unsubscribing and CAN-SPAM

Every email has a working unsubscribe link, and we honor it promptly, within 10 business days at the latest. Our emails identify us as the sender, are not misleading, and include a physical mailing address as the CAN-SPAM Act requires. Our mailing address: coming soon.

Age limit

Email alerts and the digest are for people 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21 for email, and we do not direct the Site to children. If you think someone under 21 signed up, contact us and we will delete the record.

Retention

We keep subscriber data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we may keep your address on a suppression list so we do not email you again. Aggregate click counts hold no personal data and may be kept indefinitely. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to handle them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data, including HTTPS and limiting who can access it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell data or do targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify the request, respond within 45 days, and honor valid deletion and access requests. You will not be treated worse for making one. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We do not track you across sites, so there is nothing to turn off. We treat Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests where they apply.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. We will post changes here.
