Sponsor terms

Effective date: October 5, 2026.

These terms apply to anyone who pays for a placement on RangeRegistry.com (an "Advertiser"). They are in addition to the terms of use. The Site is operated by Spartan Alliance Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Labeling

Every paid placement is labeled "Sponsored," sits in its own box outside every ranked table, and is covered by our disclosure. Advertisers may not ask us to hide or soften the label.

No effect on rankings or data

Payment never changes sort order, rank, value scores or any displayed data. A sponsor gets no say in our data, corrections or editorial pages.

Approval and removal

Each placement needs written approval from us before it runs. We may reject, edit or remove any creative, link or claim at any time, with or without a reason. We will refund the unused part of the fee if we remove a placement for reasons other than the Advertiser's breach.

Content rules

• No offer to sell or transfer a firearm, ammunition or part that would be unlawful, including to a buyer who cannot lawfully buy it, or without required licenses, background checks or age checks.
• No claim that is false, misleading or unsubstantiated, including price, stock, shipping and legality claims.
• No placement aimed at anyone under 21.
• Nothing that infringes another party's rights.

Advertiser responsibility

The Advertiser is solely responsible for its creative, products, claims, landing pages and sales, and for complying with all federal, state and local law, including firearms, advertising and consumer protection law. Our approval is not a legal review and does not mean we endorse the Advertiser.

Payment and refunds

Fees are agreed in writing before a placement starts and are due in advance unless we agree otherwise. Fees are not refundable once a placement has run, except as stated under Approval and removal. A placement ends on its end date automatically. Late amounts may be collected with reasonable costs.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, sales or any other result. Traffic and click counts are aggregate and approximate.

Indemnity and liability

The Advertiser will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Spartan Alliance Group LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claim, loss and expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the Advertiser's creative, products, claims or breach of these terms. Our total liability to an Advertiser is limited to the fees it paid for the placement at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas, as stated in the terms of use.
